Private Body Somatics

We store trauma in our bodies from daily life experiences, emotionally charged situations and from mental processes. These traumas present as dis-ease and illness that can lessen our overall mental and physical health. We offer private, tailored classes specific to the individual that includes breath, tapping, talk, movement and release techniques so you can elevate the body and mind. Targeted Light Therapy

Clinically proven and can treat a variety of conditions by stimulating healing, reducing pain and inflammation, and restoring function. Different lights penetrate the skin at different depths and can have different effects:
