RETURN POLICY

Artisan Products:

We are a community based store that largely focuses on Artisan wares. Therefore we work closely with the Artisans to make sure you have a wonderful experience buying their art! For this reason, Artisans are responsible for fixing, refunding and repairing their own items if any thing happens due to their error.

Jewelry and Clothing:

For sanitary reasons, clothing and jewelry can only be returned if un-used with original tags and receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Earrings are a final sale for sanitary reasons.

Herbs

Herbs and food products are non-refundable as they cannot be resold or restocked for health board reasons.
