Gong Sound Bath with Brenda

Service Description

Our 45 min gong Bath will immerse you in healing vibrational sounds from a Tibetan Gong, allowing you to ease into an oasis of relaxation and inner healing. We encourage you to wear cozy clothing and bring any mats, blankets or pillows that will allow you to be as comfortable as possible. This class is limited to 20 people and spaces are given to people signed up first. At the scheduled start time, anyone not on the sign up will be given an available spot. Please bring water, yoga mats and/or a yoga blanket! All classes are donation based and require sign up and check in.
