Who We Are: Zen is a Community Center and Holistic Store that aides in the advancement of the mind, soul and body. We offer stress relieving and mental wellness practices to help you find balance and well being.
Our Mission: We believe that everyone deserves access to stress relieving and mind/body elevation practices, no matter you social or economic status. For this reason, Zen Community center is a non-profit that offers free and donation based classes for the community. Your donations to Zen Community Center allows our classes to stay free to children and adults who need it most!
Our Community Center: Our community center hosts a large variety of classes and events targeted to teach stress relief, over all wellness and informative classes designed to elevate lives into alignment. Our classes include Child Yoga, Adult Yoga, Emotional Focusing skills for children & Families, healthy living classes, Trauma Releasing Talk Groups, Substance Recovery Awareness (SRA) groups, sound frequency classes, guided meditations, Tai Chi, Breath Work and so much more!
Our Store: We offer a wide variety of services to help you come into total alignment. From acupuncture, Ayurvedic services, our Apothecary line, Energy Healers and spiritual alignment products, we help you heal mind, body and soul. Decorate your space in ZEN! We offer everything you need to have a happy space also! From Reiki candles, balms, crystals, smudging products, essential oils, oracle cards and much more!
